MATEO SOUILLARD
Matéo Souillard started dancing at the age of ten by practicing capoeira. He then joined a hip-hop association in the Toulouse region, which truly ignited his passion for movement. At 17, he decided to pursue dance as a career and began a classical dance program at the conservatory in Blagnac before transferring to the Conservatory of Paris for contemporary dance. He earned his Diploma in Choreographic Teaching (DEC) in 2022 and then continued his journey by joining the professional training program Coline in Istres, where he danced for Hervé Robbe, Johan Leighton, Alban Richard, Catherine Legrand, and Christian Ubl. Enriched by all these teachings, he created two pieces, Aujourd’hui Barracuda and Léger léger, in which he explores what drives and questions him.
